The Low Frequency Sound Level Meter NA-17 is a level meter designed to measure low frequency sounds, referred to as low frequency noise and low frequency air vibrations. It is based on the concept proposed by Dr. Yasuo Tokita of the Kobayashi Institute of Physical Science, which considers the frequency range from 1 to 50 Hz as the low frequency sound domain. It features a flat frequency response for indicating the physical characteristics within this range and a frequency response for obtaining evaluations corresponding to psychological effects. 【Features】 ○ Level handling is done using 20log10P/P0, the same as in sound level meters. ○ The frequency range for low frequency sound is from 1 Hz to 50 Hz. This is a low-frequency sound level meter that allows for real-time analysis of 1/3 octave bands while measuring G-weighted sound pressure levels. The G-weighted frequency response characteristics and the 1/3 octave band filters comply with both domestic and international standards. The main unit is calibrated with a preamplifier-integrated 1-inch ceramic microphone UC-24. It is equipped with an LCD display, operational key switches, AC output terminals, serial communication terminals, and an infrared communication window.
